The Benchmark Companies, based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee quickly found that the ebb and flow of life in the mulch business was directly related to sawmills and residual products they produce. It wasn’t long after that realization that Benchmark created a division for custom hauling and regional transportation specifically geared toward assisting sawmills with getting their residual products to end users. We have built our reputation and business on getting wood chips and other timber by-products to paper mills or end users when they need them — 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year.

The Benchmark Companies is customer-oriented, flexible and able to handle mills' needs, which vary greatly from day to day. We have the equipment to handle the "ups and downs". We can move trucks and drivers to meet any demand. Customers can call us at any time - day or night, and we can adjust our schedule to meet their needs.

Our trucks are equipped with state-of-the-art tracking systems, which allow for immediate contact with our trucks when information needs to be exchanged between dispatchers and drivers. Outfitted with late model Kenworth trucks and a variety of chip, live floor, and open top trailers, we have the equipment to take the headache out of getting your residual products to end users efficiently.
